John H. Small is an associate in the firm’s Personal Injury Litigation Group, where he represents individuals who have been seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and other negligence-related matters. He brings a strategic and disciplined approach to litigation, focusing on clear legal analysis and effective results for his clients.

John began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, prosecuting a high volume of criminal cases and gaining extensive courtroom experience. He later transitioned into civil practice, managing complex personal injury and commercial litigation matters in both the Civil and Supreme Courts of New York.

John earned his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, Second Judicial Department.
