Edward Sadowsky, Esq.

Edward Sadowsky has been practicing law in New York State for over three decades. He has practiced representing the City of New York, corporations, and individuals who suffer personal injuries. In addition to legal practice, there has been involvement in performing public service by raising money for charity, working as an arbitrator in Small Claims Court.
Volunteering on political campaigns for elected office and delivering food to the elderly. Years earlier, there has been volunteer work by helping to run bingo games for charity. My interest in public service and the legal profession originates from having spent over six years in the Boy Scouts of America.
In addition to working on personal injury litigation, there has been significant experience in handling collection cases and real estate litigation. In general, I have extensive experience in taking and defending depositions, attending Court conferences, drafting legal papers, and conducting legal research.

In personal injury litigation have tried jury and non-jury trials, and drafted and argued motions. Furthermore, I have experience handling slip, trip, and fall cases, food poisoning cases, motor vehicle accidents, negligence construction, fraud cases, and failure to provide elderly care.
I enjoy practicing law as the legal profession provides individuals an opportunity to maintain our democracy.
