David Giaro, Esq., Attorney

David Giaro attended Brooklyn College for his undergraduate and received his law degree from the City University of New York School of Law. David interned at the U.S Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights, assisting in cases involving workplace harassment and discrimination. He was also named “LaunchPad for Justice Fellow” to the New York State Courts Access to Justice Program where he represented indigent clients in Kings County Housing Court.

Since 2012, David has been practicing personal injury litigation. He is experienced with matters including automobile accidents, slip, trip & falls and various negligence cases. At this time, David utilizes his skill set on medical malpractice.

David is duly licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of New York. He is fully proficient in the Polish language.
