Nsenga Jenkins joined Alan Ripka & Associates in February of 2025, bringing to the firm a wealth of experience in both civil litigation and criminal prosecution.

Before joining our firm, Ms. Jenkins served as a litigator and trial attorney, where she diligently fought for the rights of those affected by devastating health conditions caused by asbestos exposure. Her commitment to justice is deeply rooted in her prior role as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney’s Office. There, she prosecuted a wide range of misdemeanors and felonies, managing cases from initial complaint through to trial, which honed her litigation skills and courtroom presence.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Jenkins worked as an Associate in ABC News’s Rights, Clearances, and Permissions department. In this capacity, she played a crucial role in securing third-party material for high-profile news broadcasts, including Good Morning America, World News Tonight with David Muir, and This Week with George Stephanopoulos. Her experience negotiating agreements with third parties adds a unique perspective to her legal practice.

A proud Brooklyn native, Nsenga Jenkins continues to reside in her hometown with her family. She values her role as a mother, considering it the most significant position she has held throughout her career. Nsenga is a licensed attorney in the state of New York and is dedicated to advocating for her clients with compassion and tenacity.
