Carmen “Cookie” Rojas is a Senior Manager and Paralegal at Alan Ripka & Associates, LLP, where she has been a dedicated member of the firm since 1992. She began her career with Senior Partner Alan Ripka as a receptionist and, through her dedication and expertise, advanced to become a senior manager and accomplished paralegal specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.

With more than 33 years of experience, Mrs. Rojas oversees the firm’s Personal Injury Department, Calendar, Scheduling, and Case Administration Departments. She manages case workflow, deadlines, court appearances, depositions, and conferences, while continuing to work closely with attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process.

She also oversees human resources and payroll and plays an integral role in training and managing staff. Her extensive experience, leadership, and commitment to the firm have made her an invaluable part of Alan Ripka & Associates, LLP. Mrs. Rojas is fluent in Spanish.
